Synapps started in 1997 supplying freelancers to the booming Oracle ERP sector. We grew quickly to achieve a market leading position and importantly built the relationships which have proved the foundation of Synapps. We've always worked towards the long term goal, building relationships, trust and considerable loyalty amongst clients and candidates alike. We are now enjoying considerable growth as we consolidate our position as a full service recruitment business still operating principally in the IT sector but with plans to continue our growth both geographically and into other sectors.
