Senior Application Support Analyst - HRMS - SYN5981

  • This is a fantastic opportunity with a long term investor in Oracle technology who are currently recruiting for a Senior Application Support Analyst within Oracle HRMS to provide second level of support to users and other parts of Information Management. In this role you will be the application expert for the Oracle HRMS applications. You will work with the other members of the application support team in the day to day use and development of the system. Key accountabilities for the role include: ¿ Manage the implementation of new software releases. ¿ Manage the releases of new software versions or updates. ¿ Investigate problems resulting in the inability to use supported software. ¿ Escalate any unsolved problems to 3rd line support or suppliers ¿ Liaise with other parts of Information Management regarding support issues on particular software ¿ Liaise with users regarding support issues on particular software ¿ Liaise with suppliers over new versions, upgrades or completely new software products Skills needed for the role include: ¿ Oracle HRMS functional skills required. ¿ Good understanding of Oracle HRMS ¿ basic configuration skills including Key and Descriptive Flexfields, Value sets, lookups etc ¿ Knowledge of configuring and issue resolution in iRecruitment, Oracle Learning ¿ Management, Competences, Self Service Desirable: ¿ SQL knowledge for issue resolution ¿ Some experience of Oracle Payroll ¿ Workflow knowledge
