Oracle CRM Consultant - SYN6029

  • Oracle CRM Functional Lead Our client requires an Oracle CRM (teleservice) consultant. Oracle E-Business Suite Functional CRM Consultant with experience of Oracle Teleservice. Candidates will have experience within most or ideally all of the following: Universal Work Queue, contact Centre, TCA, Service Requests, Service Request Workflow, and Knowledge Base. Any previous Public Sector experience would be preferred but not essential. Implementation of Oracle CRM (teleservice) modules, including Configuration of applications Preparation and execution of test plans Knowledge transfer to client staff Specification of integration requirements Oracle CRM Oracle Teleservice Knowledge of other financials modules would also be desirable, Oracle Applications Knowledge of Oracle Business Flows and documentation Candidates must have been involved in at least 1 project lifecycles.
