Manager of Process and Change Management - SYN6044

  • Process Management/Change Manager/Six Sigma Manager Our global IT outsourcing client is currently recruiting for a Manager of Process and Change Management to work in a senior capacity within their Delivery Management department. The role will encompass 3 main areas of responsibility: Manager of Process Management - this part of the role will involve managing the Process Improvement Team to ensure that the ITIL process performance is regularly measured and evaluated through KPI's and best practice. This team is responsible for driving organisational change, cost savings, synergies and behaviour change. Change Manager - this part of the role ensures the various customer aligned Change Teams are engaged and functioning effectively. Six Sigma Manager - this part of the role requires promotion for Six Sigma including management and support of the UK Black Belts. You will be responsible for the direction and scope agreement for Six Sigma projects and raising awareness of Six Sigma across the organisation. You will have demonstrable management experience and ideally a background within an IT outsourcing organisation. You will have worked in a process or quality role or project to implement processes and have thorough knowledge of processes and compliance requirements. Ideally you will have knowledge of and experience with Six Sigma projects and an ITIL Manager/Expert certification.
