Web and Middleware Team Leader - SYN6063

  • A Web and Middleware Team Leader is required a by a global IT outsourcer to manage a team who provide operational support for Web and Middleware products. The team size currently numbers about 10 people and the right person for this role will already have team leadership experience or be in a senior role within a similar team and possess leadership qualities. You may have a background in Operations, Support or Development However the primary technical skills for the role are Oracle and WebLogic and the role is 60% technical - 40% managerial. Therefore you will need a strong background with the primary skills Along with Oracle and WebLogic the team also support: Apache, JBoss, Tibco, Tomcat, WebSphere.
