Problem Manager - SYN6135

  • A Problem Manager is required by a blue chip company. The client has seven different Application Support teams. They are looking for a Problem Manager to work with all of the team leaders to define re-occuring problems and develop problem management processes for the teams and ultimately cross train problem management skills into the teams. The right person for this role will be an experienced problem Manager. Ideally you will have an understanding of applications support and have worked within an environment similar to this.
