Oracle Technical Support Lead Analyst - SYN6153

  • This is a fantastic opportunity with a long term investor in Oracle technology who is currently recruiting for a Technical Support Lead Analyst. As a Technical Support Lead (Development) Analyst you will lead the E-Business Solutions Centre team and manage development requests from design through to delivery. You will provide task management and advice to developers assigned to you and act as a subject matter expert for technology and solutions for the Oracle E-Business Suite. Key Accountabilities: Task management of Development Team. Manage to conclusion all development requests including contact with customers and suppliers. Deliver fixes to bugs identified in custom code identified by functional/technical support. Work with other IM support teams to resolve issues and apply fixes. Carry out regular reviews with stakeholders to verify that tools and solutions provided are meeting the business requirements. Manage the recovery of time/cost against projects via OTL, working with project managers to enable forecasts of deliverables. Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Essential Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels Ability to prioritise a varied workload across a resource pool Strong estimating and planning skills Previous Technical Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite Good all-round technical skills including the following: Oracle SQL/PLSQL Oracle Reports 6i Oracle Forms 6i Discoverer Workflow Shell Scripting Oracle Framework Development/Java Desirable Previous team leader experience Ability to adapt readily to changing work and responsibilities Understanding of project and software lifecycle.
