Head of Implementation Management - SYN6737

  • In the UK, the Head of Implementation Management is responsible for the Implementation Management department and has customer responsibility in the Build Phase for project categories A-D. The UK Head of Implementation Management has following responsibilities: ¿ Is accountable and responsible for the ¿Implementation Management¿ department ¿ Supports the TSS internationalisation strategy ¿ Has customer accountability in the Build Phase for project categories A-D ¿ Has project responsibility during the implementation phase for customer solutions ¿ Implement professional project Management in line with PM work package ¿ Lead and manage complex individual solutions in the BUILD Phase (QG 5-8) ¿ Manage TC Customer solutions ¿ Responsible for the preparation and migration of customer contracts ¿ Drive and lead efficient implementation of commercial processes for solution management ¿ Prepare production-ready orders in the project categories A-D ¿ Responsible for costs and management of budget in relation to the TSS service unit during the build phase (QG 5-8)
