Application Support Analyst - SYN6739

  • We're currently seeking an experienced Microsoft Applications Support Analyst to join a small close-knit team to deliver 1st and 2nd line helpdesk support across the full suite of MS products (primarily MS Outlook/Office, Access, Publisher, Sharepoint) to approximately 200 users on 2 main sites. In addition to strong MS product knowledge (essential), you will also offer some appreciation of browser/portal applications such as SharePoint and experience of VBA/scripting skills. You will work closely with the Support Leader, IT Director and others to document and escalate and resolve IT issues using both internal and external resources. You will also have the opportunity to support and advise the team on the delivery of new and existing technologies as the company expands its operations from it¿s base in central Cambridge.
